Alperton Community School has once again produced another excellent set of GCSE and A Level results. While national results have fallen to 2019 levels, the results achieved by the students at Alperton Community School have continued to improve year on year.
At A level, 55% of examinations were awarded the top A*- B grades and over 75% of students achieved Distinction* or Distinction grades on our Level 3 applied programmes. With 96 A* and A grades and 27 Distinction* (star) grades, our students should be very proud of their achievements. (more…)
Our students in Years 7-10 were given the opportunity to submit their solutions for this year’s Southampton Maths Challenge, which consists of a set of interesting and challenging mathematical problems that students are expected to work on at home. This year, Vrishab, scored high enough to be invited to the awards ceremony at Southampton University, where he was awarded a Certificate of Merit. A huge well done to Vrishab for his hard work and resilience!
