Last week, Alperton Community School welcomed back another two former pupils, Priya Madani and Saurav Acharya, who both left Alperton almost 10 years ago. Priya is a qualified Secondary School Science teacher and Saurav is a Data and Insights Consultant at Capgemini. On their arrival at Ealing Road, they were met by two Year 7 students, Palak and Kyshani along with Mr Rayleigh who gave them a full tour of the new school building. The students asked them many questions about their current roles and what they could remember about attending Alperton. After lunch, they had some photos taken with the students and then walked across to Stanley Avenue.

Three Year 12 students, Meryem, Artur and Andrei met Priya and Saurav and gave them a full tour of the upper school where they met many staff both old and new. Afterwards they gave a careers talk to a number of sixth formers in the Stanley Avenue library. The talks were very personal and inspirational and it was really interesting for our students to see so much enthusiasm and passion from people who had attended ACS in the past

It was yet another wonderful day welcoming back more amazing former students who were both extremely complimentary about our school and students. They both remarked onĀ  the exemplary behaviour of our students and how quiet the classes and corridors were, particularly that the school has now around 500 more students than when they were studying at Alperton.
