Appeal Dates & Information
If you have applied AND been refused a place at Alperton Community School, the law entitles you to appeal against that decision to an Independent Appeal Panel. This panel is completely independent of the school and the Local Authority.
Please note that you will need to have previously applied for a place at Alperton Community School before making an appeal.

You should include any evidence or supporting material with your appeal form and you MUST give the grounds for your appeal at the time you lodge your appeal form. Your appeal form will not be accepted unless you state the grounds for your appeal. You may appeal for more than one school.
Please note that the online form will ask you to download two utility bills dated in the last THREE months. If you do not have access to a scanner, please take two photographs with a mobile phone and upload the photographic files.
Depending on the situation at the time, your appeal could be heard online instead of a face to face meeting at the school. Full details will be sent to you with your invitation to the hearing.

The Appeals timetable for the academic year 2023-2024

*Appeals received after the 31st March 2023 potentially may not be heard until the Autumn Term as appeals do not take place during the school holidays.
**Additional evidence may be accepted by the Panel after this time.
In-Year Admissions
Appeals resulting from In-Year admission applications will be heard within 30 days of the appeal being logged.
