It is with immense pride that we celebrate the incredible double triumph of our talented Year 10 Young Enterprise team!
First, at The Inspire Award held at Manchester University on Wednesday, our students competed against seven other schools — and emerged as the overall winners of the Inspire UK Award! This is an incredible accomplishment as it’s the first time Alperton Community School has ever been put forward for this prestigious award.
But the success didn’t stop there! The team also impressed the judges at Samsung Headquarters a couple of weeks ago, where they were honoured with the Sustainability Award – a testament to their commitment to ethical, forward-thinking business practices.
These achievements are not just trophies on a shelf, they represent the skills, creativity, and resilience our students have developed through the Young Enterprise programme. From teamwork and entrepreneurship to environmental awareness and public speaking, the experience has empowered them and opened up exciting possibilities for their futures.
