At Alperton, we provide a high level of pastoral care to our student community. We allocate every student to a tutor group led by a Personal Tutor, who is responsible for establishing a secure and supportive relationship with the group.
Tutor groups allow students to have a consistent, secure place and time where they can seek support and guidance. Students see their Personal Tutor every morning at registration and the tutor plays an active role in maintaining an overview of each student’s pastoral and academic performance.
