 A new Community Wellbeing Project is launching next week which is particularly aimed at supporting local families based in Stonebridge and Harlesden.

Membership includes access to a Community Shop, Community Café, Community Kitchen and a wraparound offer of Advice and Guidance.

The project is specifically for families in receipt of means tested benefits and local to Bridge Park Leisure centre

Hosted at Bridge Park Leisure centre, members of this pilot project will benefit from a range of benefits, including a weekly shop valued at approx. £25, access to a varied timetable of advice and guidance and holistic support with health and wellbeing.
