HEAD BOY – SARTHAK PATEL
STUDYING A LEVEL MATHS, CHEMISTRY, BIOLOGY

My journey at Alperton Community School commenced in September 2011; it has been a memorable six years. However, time is maturing in haste and my A Levels are fast approaching, and before I move on from this remarkable, evolved community, I personally wish to acknowledge and thank the staff and my fellow students for their enduring support and cooperation. As an aspiring doctor, my number one priority is you, and with the experience I have gained throughout these years, I would like to mentor, provide one to one support, and give assistance on revision tips and matters of motivation.

HEAD GIRL – PRAGNA PATEL
STUDYING A LEVEL MATHS, CHEMISTRY, BIOLOGY

Alperton Community School has always prioritised the word “community” and this, in my opinion, is the best thing about the school. I have gained so much knowledge, confidence and self-respect through ACS, that in return, I want to help widen this community. As a Head Girl, I will focus on developing a student surgery to help those who have concerns about their education or about anything else that could prevent them from enjoying their time at ACS and reaching their full potential. I will be organising sessions for students to share their concerns with us, and we will try our best to provide the most efficient guidance and advice.

DEPUTY HEAD BOY – KANAIYA LAKHANI
STUDYING A LEVEL ENGLISH LANGUAGE AND LITERATURE, PSYCHOLOGY, MEDIA STUDIES AND EPQ

Our school is passionate for learning and I think this is why Alperton stands out from other schools. ACS has helped me tremendously in aspiring to reach for the best that I can do, by providing unique opportunities, advice and support. This is why I am happy to be in a position where I can take action and make a positive change for our school. As a Deputy Head Boy, I will be focusing on English progress, by leading a student journalist team, as well as by listening to our students and supporting them to achieve their best. By working together with the rest of the SLT, I aspire towards creating a better school environment and bridge the gap between different year groups.

DEPUTY HEAD GIRL – SAMIRA MOHAMED
STUDYING A LEVEL BIOLOGY, CHEMISTRY, PSYCHOLOGY AND EPQ

As part of the student leadership team, I hope to make Alperton Community School a place where students’ voices are appreciated and acted upon. Helping my fellow peers achieve their goals is one of my main objective as Deputy Head Girl. I aspire to make the students aware of all the excellent resources available at Alperton Community School and encourage everyone to make the best use of them, for a fantastic learning experience. In addition, I am yearning to start up a student society to help students build up their confidence and getting them ready for the big challenges in life. The society will organise debates about controversial issues around the world, allowing us to keep connected with the worldly affairs, that can so easily be overlooked or disregarded.
