The Four Rs are four groups of skills that we can develop to improve our learning inside and outside of school.
The Four Rs (click here to see the dispositions) include Resilience, Resourcefulness, Reflectiveness, and Reciprocity.
These Four Rs are muscles that we need to always train and exercise so that they stay in peak condition.
